Publishing a Web Page

In addition to publishing an entire Web site, you can also publish individual files and folders. Instead of waiting for FrontPage to compare all the files to find the one or two you changed, you can quickly select the files and publish them. When you are working on a large Web site, publishing individual files gives you the control you need and saves times.

For Your Information

Publishing Web Content using Web Folders

FrontPage also supports publishing Web content using Web folders (provided the Web server is running FrontPage Server Extensions or Windows SharePoint Services). Web folders are http locations that you can access using My Network Places. You can use the Add Network Place icon in the My Network Places window to create a Web folder. You can use Windows Explorer to copy Web files from the Web site folder (typically in My Webs) to the Web folder on the Web server.
