Adding Option Buttons

Option buttons (also known as Radio Buttons) are used when asking a visitor a question with more than one possible answer. Only one option button in a group can be selected at a time. FrontPage groups option button within a form with the same name. Typically assigning the same name to fields creates errors, but not with the option button. You need to assign option buttons in the same group with the same name to function properly.
