Inserting Video Clips
Streaming video clips are becoming more accessible to a broader base of users as high speed internet access using cable modems, DSL and other technologies become more prevalent. FrontPage can insert pre-recorded video clips into your web pages using the Insert menu. The most common video formats are Windows Media Video (WMV), Motion Picture Experts Group (MPEG), QuickTime (MOV), RealVideo (RAM), and Audio Visual Interleaved (AVI).
Insert a Video Clip
| Click the View menu, click Page, and then open the Web page you want to use. |
| Position the insertion point where you want to insert your video. |
| Click the Insert menu' point to Picture' and then click Video. |
| Click the Look In list arrow, and then select the folder containing the video you want to use. |
| Select the video file. |
| Click Open. |
Change Video Clip Properties
| Click the View menu, click Page, and then open the Web page you want to use. |
| Right-click the video clip, and then click Picture Properties. |
| Click the Video tab, and then select the repeat and start options you want. |
| Click OK. |
