Controlling Workflow Status

In addition to recording who's assigned to various tasks, FrontPage also keeps track of the review status for a file. If you are managing a large Web site and you want to keep the project on task, you need to continually monitor the review status of individual items. To help you manage the process, you can use the Properties dialog box to create a master list of user names you can assign tasks and a master list of review status names. After you create the master lists, you can select the items from the Assign To and Review Status lists.
