Modifying Cell Headers and Footers
Tables often have a header with a title for the table. You can show a header or footer for a layout table and format it to suit your needs and style. You can change the height, padding, alignment, background color, border width, and border color for the header or footer. These options are available in the Cell Header And Footer area on the Cell Formatting task pane.
Modify Cell Headers and Footers
| Click the View menu, click Page, and then open the Web page with the layout table you want to use. |
| Click the Table menu' and then click Cell Formatting. |
| Click Cell Header And Footer on the task pane. |
| Select the Show Header check box and the Show Footer check box. |
| Select the header and footer options you want. |
Height.
The header or footer height (in pixels).
Padding.
The space between the header or footer and its contents (in pixels).
VAlign.
Header or footer alignment in a browser.
BgColor.
The header or footer background color.
Border Width.
The border thickness between the cell header or footer and normal cells (in pixels).
Border Color.
The color between the cell header or footer and normal cells.
